Do you Coupon Center? If you do, you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about. If you don’t let me explain. At CVS Pharmacy you have the option of receiving an ExtraBucks card so that you can save money on all your purchases. When you walk into the store there is an actual machine called the Coupon Center. All you need to do is scan your card and the machine will give you coupons to use during your visit. Actually, you can often scan the card twice and receive coupons twice. That’s a secret in case you didn’t know. I was asked to write up a CVS Pharmacy ExtraCare review so lend me your ear and maybe you’ll learn something. If nothing else, you can enter to win a $100 gift card to do your worst at CVS all on your own.
I’ve already mentioned the ExtraCare Coupon Center. Upon entering my CVS I took a picture to include in this blog post. The check out girl definitely noticed and I could tell she was wondering what was going on. But I ignored her because she’d find out soon enough. I received two sets of coupons (as mentioned above) and knew right away I could use two of them. This girl needed feminine hygiene products and hair styling stuff. What woman doesn’t? On top of this great Coupon Center deal I had my own coupons from the Sunday paper so I doubled up.
Moving on throughout the store I stumble upon ExtraBucks sales items which are often my favorite, or else they are often my weakness. When you buy this item you get this many ExtraBucks in return. I mean who doesn’t need a new toothbrush when it’s usually $2.99 but you get $2.00 back in ExtraBucks which means you get the toothbrush for .99? That’s not even the best deal to be found. I was able to buy Dial Soap, or should I say I received Dial Soap absolutely free thanks to ExtraBucks. Sometimes you can find really expensive items, like beauty products and cosmetics, at no cost thanks to this great program.
Let me give you a taste of what I was able to buy for $50 when I used manufacturer’s coupons, ExtraBucks and ExtraCare Coupon Center deals. Dial Soap, Tampax Radiant Tampons, Always Radiant Thin Pads, 2 Colgate Total Toothpaste, Colgate Total 360 Toothbrush, 2 packs Waterproof Clear Bandaids, Nuance Salma Hayek’s Shampoo and Conditioner and so much more. I saved so much money just by being smart and deal hunting. And especially because I used my CVS ExtraBucks card. You should absolutely sign up for one immediately.
