I consider myself a health conscious person. I eat a lot of fresh fruit and veggies staying organic when possible, as well as whole grains. But I can’t be perfect all the time so I also utilize nutritional supplements and sometimes nutritional drinks to fill in the gaps. One such brand to try if you are looking to do the same is Genesis Today. I received a sampling of superfruit juices, gummy vitamins and chews from Genesis Today and here are my thoughts.

I am a fan of gummy vitamins not just for my kids but also for myself. I love candy but stay away from it because it has no nutrition value so to be able to take my vitamins and have them taste like candy, well that works for me. I received the Superfruit Immunity gummies along with the Superfruit Omega-3. They are hands down delish. The Omega gummies support brain function, heart health and joint health. The Immunity gummies which contain 100mg acerola and pomegranate per serving (2 gummies) and supply 100% of your DV of vitamin C, 13% DV of zinc, 50% of your DV of vitamin A, 50% DV of vitamin E and 18mg of Echinacea.

Acai is all over the place these days being boasted as a Superfruit. It hails from the Amazon rainforests in Brazil and has been a staple in the diets of the indigenous people for years. Genesis Today offers an Acai Vitamin Super chew that has 2,000mg of Acai fruit. It offer 1,000% of your DV of B12 (which is great for fighting fatigue) and 200% DV of vitamin C. At just 20 calories they are a great nutritional pick me up. They are down right yummy too. Another thing to note is they contain 50% of your DV of Niacin, Riboflavin and Thiamin plus 100% of your DV of Folate, B6 and Biotin.
