The girls at My Sentiment ExactLee love to look their best. One of the places we like to go to keep up on what is hot in the makeup and personal care world is Sephora. This summer at Sephora had no lack of pizzazz with their introduction of super stylish accessories, tools, makeup and so much more. We received some really split from from Sephora that Lee and I split so we could give you a tag team review. (We just love sharing the love with each other.) I got the Sephora Shimmer Trio and Kat Von D 5 Mag Brush Set with Case and Lee got the tokidoki Love From London Bag and the Hello Kitty Hello Pretty Palette.

The Sephora Shimmer Sheet Set works great for the on the go touchups. It fits perfectly in a small clutch or even in a pocket of a jacket if it is a cool night. I just carry mine in the inside pocket of my purse. I love how there are 3 different items included in the shimmer set. The set includes is a pretty, peachy-pink blush, a lovely highlighting sheet that you can apply with our without foundation and finally there are mattifying sheets that help remove oil for on-the-go control so you can stay looking your finest all day long. The Sephora Shimmer Sheet Set retails for $16 and would make a great gift for bridesmaids so they can stay looking their best on your big day.
I also received the Kat Von D 5 Mag Brush Set with Case These brushes are really amazing. The bristles are super soft and hold onto color really well. I felt that the tools helped me create very precision looks which is a bonus for me since I am awful at putting on eye shadow. The 5 brushes cover all your needs from foundation to concealer to shadow and smudging so you can get the look you want with this set. It comes in a sleek case that you can throw in your purse to take on the go. The case and brushes have Kat’s signature silver rose detailing and retail for $55.

Could this Love from London bag be any cuter? tokidoki has a style all its own with their little round characters. The bag itself is spacious width wise so I use it for my makeup brushes, lip liners and eye liners. It’s a high quality bag as well. I know it won’t be falling apart at the wrong time.
The Hello kitty palette is certainly cute, but the staying power was nothing to brag about. Of course I use a great primer so any eye shadow is going to work great for me, but if you don’t do the same the price of this pretty palette might not translate. The colors are to die for and it’s character appeal might be worth of a pedestal, but just don’t go into it expecting the highest quality shadow on the market because you’ll be disappointed.
