SOL REPUBLIC JAX in ear headphonesIn-ear headphones otherwise known as earbuds are a staple of everyone’s i-Accessories. Many in-ear headphones on the market however work very poorly delivering flat sound. When it comes to getting great sound SOL REPUBLIC  in-ear headphones delivers.  They do this by sticking to their vision which is to help rid the world of hollow-sounding headphones and by making great sound attainable for everyone.

Sol Republic is known for their incredible headphones that are used by many athletes, musicians and DJ’s around the globe. For me in-ear headphones are a better on the go option then traditional headphones. Obviously, I was excited to be asked to work with Sol Republic to help them announce the brand new debut of their Jax in-ear headphones. Their new in-ear headphones have a modern look and feature SOL REPUBLIC’s all new i2 Sound Engines. They have a tangle-free cable with a 3-button remote control and microphone making them a great hands free device as well as a great choice for playing music. They come with 4 different sizes of ear tips to give you the best fit. Jax are available in two configurations: a 3-button “Made for iPhone” controller optimized for Apple products that includes volume control, and a single-button universal control without volume control for compatibility with a wider range of devices, including Android phones.

SOL REPUBLIC JAX (3)I have to admit that I have had many pairs of in-ear headphones/earbuds and I found that they often stopped working after a few months and almost all delivered horrible sound. I was interested to see if the JAX in-ear headphones would deliver. I chose to try them out with my iPhone and put on some music. I listened to some “Erika music” which includes some Mumford & Sons, Bon Iver and Ray Lamontagne.  I also checked out some Reggae, and some Live Casting Crowns via Pandora.  I even had a phone call from Lee. I told her I was checking out the in-era headphones and she said “Well I understand you better than when you usually are on your phone.” That there is a fabulous thing! While listening to music I loved how the 2 headphones worked independently to give a full deep sound. They deliver fabulous base and clear high’s. These were hands down the best in-ear headphones I have ever used and I cannot wait to wear these outside while pounding the pavement. The set I received came in the black-on white colorway with more than 15 additional options planned for release throughout 2013.

Jax is the third in-ear headphone from SOL REPUBLIC along with its Amps and Amps HD products. They come with a 1 year limited warranty and retail for $39.99. They can be found at whre you receive free ground shipping on all orders.  You can also fine them at nationwide retailer such as Best Buy and Radio Shack. Like all other SOL REPUBLIC in-ear headphones, Jax are part of their exclusive Ear Tips For Life program. This program allows the wearer to never have to worry when about losing their ear tips. SOL REPUBLIC is the only manufacturer that will replace your ear tips anytime they are lost, misplaced or if you simply want a different size.

Right now we are giving away a set of SOL REPUBLIC in-ear headphones. To enter tell us what you would listen to with your in-ear headphones.
