Just goes to show you that a woman can do just about anything she puts her mind to. In this case my hat goes off to Ms. Erin Balogh; in her frustration to balance motherhood, career and beauty she created the Hot Iron Holster to make getting ready in the morning a less stressful process.
Anyone with a small bathroom counter can relate to how hard it is to keep the hot iron or curling iron on the side of the sink when you are attempting to get ready for your day. I have a tiny bathroom and in the mornings I take my life into my own hands each time I try to dry my hair and heat up my hot iron on top of the sink where I just brushed my teeth. Sometimes I feel like 007, will I or won’t I be electrocuted today? Not Fun! Erin had the exact same problem, but she took matters into her own hands and created the Hot Iron Holster. The silicone sticks to any non-porous surface and can be easily cleaned with water or rubbing alcohol. The holster can take heat up to 500 degrees F. This means you can stick it just about anywhere in your bathroom and store anything in it, hot or cold. The Hot Iron Holster is large enough to store more than one styling tool, however, you cannot turn the power on for more than one at a time because the combined heat can damage the holster. That being said, you can turn on both and leave one inside the holster and lay one on top of the silicone matt.
