Have you heard of Babba Box? Well I hadn’t until last month and let me tell you, it is amazing.
The BabbaBox is a theme-based/membership based activity box that’s delivered to your home with ALL the physical materials plus know-how content to engage your kids through experiences and activities you can do together. It is geared toward children ages 3-6 but even my 8 year old thought all of the projects were cool.
BabbaCo collaborated with doctors, nannies, physical therapists and teachers- to figure out what children should be learning and comprehending at every age level. Each month has a theme and always breaks down into 4 components: Create (art projects); Explore (the outdoor world); Story telling (books); Digital (3 pre-selected downloadable programs). All 4 components are related to the theme and rooted in educational concepts.
Here’s what BabbaCo has to say about their Babbabox on You tube when they first introduced it 4 months ago by creator Jessica Kim. (isn’t she just adorable!)
We received the Gratitude Box for the month of November. I had it sent to my parent’s house in Kansas to engage both my kids and my adorable 4 year old nephew who thinks he is Thor. The BabbaBox contained a beautiful book about giving thanks for everything including the trees, a camera to make an adorable gratitude journal, a fun activity to make a serving tray, an adorable gratitude tree and so much more. I could tell you more about what is inside but to really get a good idea check out this link for the November BabbaBox.
The Babbabox is $29.99 per month and is hands down well worth every penny. It is great for the busy parent that needs help in the creativity department or is just too tired to be creative. It is also a great idea for that super fun grandparent who likes to have fun activities for their grandchildren when they come visit on the weekends. Learn more about BabbaBox at www.babbaco.com.
