Kara Goucher is a World Champion bronze medalist for the 10k and top US marathoner. She is also a mom and wife of professional runner Adam Goucher. Kara shares all her experience with training racing, building a support network and even dealing with difficult episodes of emotional eating all in her book Kara Goucher’s Running for Women.

I personally am in the process of take the jump from walker to runner. I had a mild injury a month ago which has slowed my progress but I am not letting that get me down.
