Through 3 children Lansinoh has always been my trusted go to brand for nursing essentials. Their products have always proven to be high quality and ahead of the rest. Keeping with that progressive tradition Lansinoh just recently joined the infant and toddler feeding market through the acquisition of the Italian based company mOmma.

Momma is a very intriguing brand. They have been offered in Europe for many years and with the acquisition from Lansinoh are now coming into the American market. Their products are absolutely revolutionary in that the meld together innovation, style, technology and a very unique rocking motion. Their products are designed with round shapes and to be ergonomic for baby’s hands tiny.

I received a mOmma plate and mOmma Soft Spoon. The plate has a fabulous non slip back and 2 compartments for babies food to help baby differentiate between tastes and textures. The plate is beautifully designed with a wide base for stability and to guard against the dreaded plate flipping. The plate is dishwasher and microwave safe.The Soft Spoon however is the star of the show. To put it simply it ROCKS, literally. The spoon has a round base so that when you set it down it will rock back and forth. The rocking motion will entertain your baby as well as keep the spoon hygienic in that it does not come into contact with surfaces because it is held up. The Soft Spoon also comes with a cover for maximum protection. The tip of the Soft Spoon is soft so it is gentle on babies gums. The design is also very easy for baby to grip. Wyatt who just turned one easily held the spoon and attempted to feed himself. We are still working on the aim. The Soft Spoon is dishwasher safe.
