I told you I would update you on how my nose is doing each and every Monday so here are pictures of week 2. The top left picture is my original nose. The bottom left picture is week 1 immediately after removing the nose cast. The picture on the right is my nose today and also my new hair color. Not a huge difference but you can tell the tip is getting a bit smaller because it seems to be tilting down a fraction. That is because it is less swollen and bulbous. The swelling goes down more and more each week.
As for pain, yes I still have some. It just feels like a bad sinus headache. Nothing I can’t handle. This week I have a bit of numbness and what feels like a harness to the tip of the nose. I have exercises I”m supposed to do and I do them religiously. I notice if I laugh and scrunch my face it hurts my nose a bit across the bridge. I can deal with that. I’ve honestly never been so happy with anything before. I love my new nose more and more every day.
My chin and cheek liposuction has started to really show. It’s not 100% done being swollen but it’ll be there soon. I’ve already noticed a huge difference especially around my jowl area. When I smile it pulls back nicely. Finally I don’t have a bag face.
I’m still not ready to go public with the arms. They still hurt a lot but I’ve been reassured by many other women who have been through liposuction that this is normal and it will take some time to heal. I’ve started up with The South Beach Diet Phase 1 again to try and really get the fluids out of my body. I’m still super swollen and I know it’s fluid. I wrap up my arms at night with ace bandages and I do a lymphatic massage throughout the day to try and drain said fluid. It seems to be helping. They do look a lot better which makes me happy! I think in a few more weeks I’ll be ready to show them off. There is no doubt in my mind Dr. Pope at Orlando Plastic Surgery Center did a phenomenal job, I just need to get through the healing process.
That’s about it for now. I dyed my hair with One N’ Only Argan Oil. Keep in mind my hair was pretty dark blonde with some light blonde worked into it. I chose a color called Dark Golden Blonde because I wanted to go just a bit darker brown for Autumn and now sure how it turned into a gingery brown. I didn’t mean for that to happen, I usually stay clear of any red whatsoever. However I LOVE it. I’ve never been so happy with a do it yourself color before. I highly recommend this product which you can purchase at Sally Beauty Supply.
So tell me what you think, can you tell a difference in my nose, chin and cheeks or even my hair color?

You look great! Love the nose and love the hair color on you! I’m off to investigate this One N’ Only Argan Oil stuff for myself.
You look amazing Lee! The arm bruising is normal. My mom’s breast reduction did quite a bit of lipo around her back and it took a while for the bruising to fade. Love the hair color too!!
Very nice. Can’t wait to see it in person. I don’t know that pictures really do it complete justice. I want to be able to get in there and inspect from all angles. LOL. You look good kiddo.
You look marvelous!
You look great! I honestly didn’t notice the problems with your nose before, but with the before and after pictures I can see what an incredible difference there is.
Wow, there is really a difference! You look beautiful and I love the new hair color!
Your new nose looks terrific!! Love your hair worn up and the new color is really pretty.
Looks awesome!
You look amazing. I love your new nose and how you still look like you with it.
So pretty Lee!!
Just had to say the nose looks amazing. How do you feel about it? Are you glad you did it? I think it looks great.
Also LOVE the hair color. I’ve never heard of that kinda product I do semi-permanent at home all the time.
Absolutely, I can tell a difference! Actually, it’s the reason I stopped by tonight … I saw a pic of you on FB and instantly noticed something was different. I thought you’d lost a ton of weight … I knew something was different about your face and you were looking fabulous. You look GREAT!
