Turning 40 has its ups and downs. Sure they tell you that 40 is the new 20 and all that other wonderful stuff about getting older; and it is true that my kid is all grown up and now I am starting to have a life again. The trouble is that I look in the mirror and see that not so 20 year old face staring back at me I can’t help but be unhappy about middle age. My friends and I always laughed at the elixir pushers at the mall selling youth in a bottle, but no more. Now I am willing to try just about anything to help my face stay where it is. That is why I jumped at the chance for a Sibu Beauty System Review.
What is Sibu, you ask? They are skin care products made from the Himalayan Sea Blackthorn Berry or “Beauty Berry” as it’s known in Europe. Sea Blackthorn Berries are rich in bioactive compounds that can revitalize and restore skin from the inside out and outside in. Powerful antioxidants and Omega 7 fatty acids make your skin, hair and nails healthy and beautiful. The Blakthorn Berry also aids in digestion for a healthy body. A basic month program consists of facial soap, facial cream, a liquid dietary supplement and soft gel supplements.
I feel that you need to give any supplements at least 90 days to see any real results, so I started the Sibu Beauty System back in July. Each morning with breakfast I have a shot glass full (approx. 2 oz) of the liquid dietary supplement. It tastes pretty good, which surprised me given I had no idea what a Sea Blackthron Berry would taste like, but my expectations were low, this was a pleasant surprise. Next I would take two of the dietary supplement soft gels. I used the soap and lotion every day as well, always in the morning and sometimes before bed. Although it is noted that Sibu has a night cream that probably would have been more beneficial.
I did notice within 30 days that my hair and nails were growing pretty fast and my hair is shiny and healthy. It’s notable that I have had no issues with an upset stomach during the time I used Sibu Beauty nor did I get sick with a cold, which is a big deal here in the Midwest where we invented the summer cold. The soap lathers up beautifully and one bar lasts well past 30 days. The facial cream will last the 30 days and is very light without even a hint of oil. I went all three months without wearing any foundation and felt confident in my facial tone and texture. The true test is with the dark spots I’ve been slowly developing. Nothing else has worked, but I noticed that after 3 months on the Sibu Beauty System mine seemed to be fading. They aren’t gone, but they are defiantly less noticeable. I can only gather that if I used the Sibu Beauty System for an extended period of time those spots would have to disappear.
