Puzzler World Puzzler World For Nintendo DS Review and Giveaway!I don’t spend a lot of time on the video games systems. I’m not the least bit interested in slaying a dragon or collecting the most golden coins. But when Puzzler World for Nintendo DS arrived in my mailbox things changed. I’m having a blast keeping my mind fresh.

Puzzler World is actually brought to us by Atari which I thought was kind of cool in a throwback sort of way. The game includes a slew of different types of puzzles including favorites such as Crosswords, Sodoku, Spot the Difference and my favorite Silhouette. Puzzler World is rated E for Everyone but at this time my 5 year old is a bit too young. He can grasp a few of the easier puzzles and he likes to practice his handwriting (a special feature) but otherwise Mommy and Daddy enjoy keeping this game to themselves.

As I mentioned above I really enjoy Silhouette. In this game you have to tap only the shapes with a dot inside in order to create an entire picture. This is harder than it sounds because of the way the shapes are fit together. I have also enjoyed the Spot the Difference game. I seem to always miss one thing at the end that I can not find no matter how hard I try. Luckily the games include a Hint button. You earn coins throughout the game (uh oh, earning the most Golden coins) that you can then use to buy hints.

My husband is sitting next to me as I type this review playing a Crossword game. He is more drawn in by the logics games such as Crosswords and Sodoku. While he is studying for his upcoming exam he will take breaks and play Puzzler World to have fun but also keep his mind sharp.
