CLOSED! Weight Watchers PointsPlus Cookbook Review & Giveaway!

by Erika on August 1, 2011

Weight Watchers has been teaching people for over 40 years that you can have your cake and eat it too just as long as you are Points Plus Cookbook CLOSED! Weight Watchers PointsPlus Cookbook Review & Giveaway!mindful. I love the Weight Watchers program and have followed it myself with much success. I love the support they give you and also their real world recipes.

I recently had the opportunity to check out the Weight Watchers PointsPlus Cookbook. The PointsPlus system is the new program recently rolled out by Weight Watchers with the same emphasis on eating healthy whole foods that Weight Watchers has been known for. I collect cookbooks so this was a great opportunity for me to add another great book to my collection as well as get some help in preparing PointsPlus meals.

The Weight Watchers PointsPlus cookbook is filled with over 200 new recipes ranging in PointsPlus values of 1 to 12 pts per serving. It also includes many wonderful pictures as well as nutritional information to help newbies as well as seasoned Weight Watchers followers. Every recipes comes with a helpful hint such as an additional item you can add to bulk up your dish that adds zero points or another recipe in the book that you can pair it with to create a nutritional meal.

I have tried many of the recipes in the cookbook and can say that I have yet to be disappointed. Some of my favorite recipes I have tried so far were first the Greek Style Stuffed Peppers that I made for my husband and myself. The recipe makes 4 peppers so we saved 2 and ate them the next day for lunch. They were just as delicious the next day. Secondly I loved the Tabbouleh-Style White Bean salad. It was a huge hit at a surprise party that I made it for. Last but certainly not least my husband and I fell in love with the Prosciutto, Mozzarella, and Roasted Onion Panini. They are simply to die for.

If you are a “Weight Watcher” or just anyone wanting to make a great book of healthy recipes check out the new Weight Watchers PointPlus cookbook. I promise it will not disappoint.

Right now one lucky reader will win a copy of the Weight Watchers PointsPlus Cookbook. Follow instructions below to enter.
