Copper Creek is the newest Disney Vacation Club property and it is full of rustic elegance. I heard the word glamping a few times during my private tour but I’d venture to say glamping has nothing on the cabins at this resort. You could basically move in to these beautiful cabins and villas and stay forever. Disney understands you probably won’t, but they certainly hope you’ll stay a few days and now I’ll give you a sneak peek!
Copper Creek Cabins
The Copper Creek cabins are going to be the most elaborate choice when you book a stay at Copper Creek. This new DVC is located at Disney’s The Wilderness Lodge and fits in perfectly. The cabins are located on the water and include two bedrooms and sleep up to 8. The cabins are so beyond well designed and decorated I was quite pleased. A lot of natural wood and stone. A comfy hot tub on the screened in porch and a double sided fireplace as well. A lot of ways to just relax between running around the theme parks.
Copper Creek Villas
The Copper Creek villas, set up like the hotels, are different but equally well done. They have hidden Mickeys which we all had fun trying to find. There are also other beautiful pieces of art in the rooms to enjoy. Since they are villas you do have a full kitchen so you can make your own meals while visiting. Sometimes eating out can get so overwhelming for your stomach and your wallet. You can find anything from a studio to a three bedroom sleeping all different amounts of guests. The villas are of course set up like a hotel or apartment building.
Copper Creek Amenities
Guests can enjoy an old fashioned watering hole when they’re ready to go swimming. Don’t worry, like we mentioned above this is more like glamping! It will still have a hot tub and a zero depth entry point. And if they’d like, guests of Copper Creek the newest Disney Vacation Club property, can use all of the amenities offered at The Wilderness Lodge. There will also be a new spa called Salon by the Springs. Yes please! There is also a new restaurant out by the pool called Geyser Springs. I was treated to some of their food and I’ll tell you about that in a follow up post.
You’ll have to wait until July to visit but until then check back and I’ll update you when I have more! Or you can visit DisneyCopperCreek.com and sign up for a membership today.
