Magic Kingdom’s Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular
(Poorly made Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular video)
Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party
Friday night my family visited Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom for the Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. This event is very special to my family each and every year. The kids enjoy unlimited candy, the lines for the rides are much shorter than they would be during regular park hours and the shows are completely different which really helps switch things up. This year Walt Disney World added the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular to the list of already impressive shows for their Halloween event.
Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular
The Hocus Pocus Villain Spectacular stars the Sanderson sisters and they’ve invited a lot of their friends. You’ll see villain favorites such as Doctor Facilier, Maleficent, Oogie Boogie and so many more. They all work together to cast a spooky spell across the entire Magic Kingdom park. Their singing and dancing is certainly infectious so I think that was the purpose of the spell.
Tips On Seeing Hocus Pocus
You’ll be able to see the show 4 times a night each and every Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. Go in knowing this, the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular is going to be packed. Not only packed but most shows have the Boo To You parade or some other show directly before or after them. Seating or standing space is hard to find so plan strategically. Hocus Pocus is worth the extra time it takes to plan to see it. Consider arriving early to watch Hallowishes, the fireworks spectacular and then see Hocus Pocus. Again, just plan and don’t expect to walk up at the last minute to find a place to watch. Also, there is always that really tall person you can’t see around. He is in my video and all my pictures. One of the main reasons I didn’t get a really great shot. It’s hard being short.
Buy Your Tickets
Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party tickets start at $68 and the event is after hours so it starts in the evening. It’s worth every penny for the reasons I mentioned in the beginning of my article. You can read years worth of my MNSSHP posts if you need more convincing.
